Afternoon. Passport Number Cu4151941 .May I kindly ask how long the SP process usually takes? It has already been more than 16 days, whereas I was previously informed that it typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Could you please let me know the reason for the delay? And kindly help me to expedite my application thanks
