Dear EMGS Officer,

I received an email regarding my application, indicating that there is an issue with my offer letter due to a backdated commencement date. The email mentioned that I need to submit a new offer letter with the latest commencement date or a deferment letter to resume processing.

However, I have noticed that my application status on your portal has not yet been updated to “open” and there is no required action listed in the EMGS system. I am unsure of the current status of my application and would appreciate clarification on this matter.

Could you kindly let me know if there are any next steps I need to take or not and the current status of my application?
