It means they are verifying your documents. As soon as they finished, your student record will be created. I wish you best of luck.
@shehuidris brother my student record has been created and it was 10% today suddenly no record found

to me its 5% and no records in the apps. pending for approval my institution.
the apps and whole system are enjoyable for the quick and up-to-date responses.
