Dear EMGS
Someone told me, a student can apply for the eval if he is inside Malaysia on a social pass provided that he must exit, get a single entry visa then come back with an eval. Is this informaiton correct? My understanding is that emgs has a tool to detect where an eval appluicaiton is submitted and as such it will decline any application if filed inside Malaysia. Or has the regulation changed?
That was a friend’s question. As for me, thank you for all efforts. I’ve made to Malaysia with the new eval and got the three-year multiple entry visa. Thank you!
