I just arrived into KLIA. Here is some advice. There may not be an EMGS rep at the counter. I also found the pre-entry checklist was never verified on this app. Do not worry, just ensure you have done your Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) and proceed to immigration counter 59 or 60. Be sure to have your EVAL ready. Then you may find your way to accommodation.
