I am Alquraishi Ali Salim Salman (passport no. A21441120). I have been waiting for nearly two months to receive my passport, and my case is stuck at 80%. Despite receiving multiple messages, I have not received any status update. My flight is scheduled for October 5th, and I urgently request your prompt attention to this matter.
