Hello, I think the best time to book your airplane tickets is at 70% after you get your EVAL (visa approval letter). For the registration, from what I understand, I think you can only officially register when you arrive in person but I might be wrong. Best of luck for all of us!

No, my evisa is still in the processing but if you’re facing delay issue you can contact their email, I’m pretty sure you’ll get response few hours later.
