I am writing to report a serious concern for my safety. A former university student, whose visa has been canceled, has been threatening and staring at me in an intimidating manner. I am not certain whether he is living here illegally or on a visit visa. Despite discussing this issue with university management, they are unwilling to take any action.As this is my final semester, I am extremely worried and want to avoid any police cases that could affect my studies. However, it is becoming impossible to live under such fear and anxiety. I am deeply concerned for my safety and well-being and would appreciate any guidance or support your office can provide.
