Hi everyone,
My VISA status is pending on 15% because EMGS request me to submit the official certificate of my master’s degree. The problem is my certificate didn’t issued yet and I am out Malaysia (in my country) so I cannot collect my certificate from the university. So how can I solve this problem with the EMGS?

  If you completed your Masters from a Malaysian university u can mail your faculty and describe your problem…..You should also send a Mail to EMGS and your New university……They may suggest you what to do…..May god bless you

    Thank you brother for you replay. Unfortunately all my friends left Malaysia. The CGS of UniMAP told me should someone with authorized letter from me collect it and I should pay fee of the certificate while I don’t has a friend in Malaysia right now
