Why do you think I shall contact emgs..I don’t think I have any problem with emgs because emgs have already done than job..it’s was Malysaia immigrants department that rejected my application..if my documents was not correct emgs will not sumit it to Malaysia immigration department…please i really want to know the reason why they rejected my application..I am really confused right now..because I have be wait for a long time to see my kids…

  They can submit the documents with a problem or a missing document and then the application will be rejected by the immigration it happens, try and contact them they should have an explanation, probably they will ask for additional documents nothing more. If not, contact your institution they might have more information.

  You cant have direct connection with immigration. Emgs usually dont check the documents throughly. This is Emgs who tell you the reason and you cannot submit your missing documents to Emgs/Immigration. Contact your Institute they will do everything.
