    Dear EMGS Officer,

    I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing delays in processing my student visa application, which I submitted on August 7th, 2024.

    Initially, the application status progressed to 15% on August 9th. However, despite the stated processing time of 1-4 working days, it took 14 days for the status to reach 35% on 23rd August. Since then, there has been no further update.

    I am scheduled to commence my MSc in IT program at UTP in the upcoming weeks, and the continued delays are causing significant anxiety and uncertainty. I kindly request an update on the status of my application and an estimated timeline for its completion.

      Please be informed that the percentage of your application is currently at 35%. Kindly note that your application for an eVAL is currently being processed by the Immigration Department.
      Therefore, we seek your patience in allowing the Immigration Department some time to process your application. Rest assured that, for any updates, we will notify your institution accordingly.
