You cannot do that. Are you sending that Fee to University account or EMGS account? I would recommend you to Check the google rate and add 15 USD in it. If the fee transferred will be less then you had to send the difference which will cost you more.

Ok go with the procedure I told you. I had a problem because the amount I sent becomes less because Bank rate is always lower.

I’m told that payment via univ acc takes time, so I requested to cancel current app and open a new one by paying via credit card.
