Good evening, sir or madam My name is Chong Qing, the old student of USM. My passport number is
EB3080852. I am going to renew my student visa soon and I am preparing the
documents now, but I realized that I did not have the latest entry stamp in my passport because I entered Malaysia through E-gate last time. How can I settle this issue for my visa renewal? Thank you for your help in advance!

  You may provide a copy of your latest entry stamp in your passport when submitting your documents for a visa renewal application. We advise you to refer to your institution as they will be creating and submitting the renewal application in our system accordingly.

    Yes, officer. I understand the process but the point is that there was no latest entry stamp in my passport because I enter Malaysia through E gate(no stamp from Customs). Them what should I do for the renewal?
