Dear emgs officer,
I want to know some accurate information. I hope you can help me with correct information.
My name Md Sabbir Hossain, currently i am a student of University Melaka in Diploma programme. Now i want to change my University. Now can i choose any College to start my variation application?? Is it possible to change from University to College for variation application?
I am very confused about this matter.
Please help me.

  Please be informed that a variation application is only applicable within the same level of study. Therefore, if you wish to change to another institution, you will be required to obtain a new offer letter and release letter. However, the variation application must be through the institution. You may contact the institution for further assistance on this matter.
