Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Verina Natalia Sugihardjo (Passport No: E0948116). My student visa renewal process has been stuck in 80% from December 14, 2023, and there’s has been no progress on it. I actually need my visa done before this Saturday, 23 December 2023 since I will flight back to my hometown. May I know what happened and when my visa process will be completed? Will the process be completed before December 28, 2023?

  Please be informed that your application is currently in progress with the Immigration Department for sticker pass approval. While we understand your urgency, note that the approval process will take approximately 14 working days from the day we submit the passport to the Immigration Department. Kindly allow the Immigration Department some time to process your application. Rest assured that, for any updates, we will notify your institution accordingly.
