Hello EMGS Officer,

I am Ayman Salaheldin Rifaat Osman (Passport no. P09572814, Application no. #########).

As of now, my VISA is at 30% and yellow. The extra needed documents is the evidence of a past visa cancellation.

However, my institution is not replying to any emails and thus I can not provide any documents. Is there anything you can do on your end to solve the evidence issue? Because I am certain the institution already cancelled the application and I was notified when they did.

I would really appreciate if you can do something about this no matter how stretched it will be. I need to solve this issue before holiday season so I do not lose another wasted week but no one is replying from my institution.

  While we understand your concern on this matter, note that we have sent a notification to your institution regarding the issue with your visa application. Therefore, we advise you to follow up on this matter with the institution accordingly. Please be advised that your application will be placed on hold until we receive further action from the institution.
