Dear officer:
My renewal application has been submitted for 20 days but the progress is still 0%. I got the reason is payment for emgs is not enough. But I finished all it in November. These are the 2 receipts in the attachment files.
I am very worried about the application progress. Because my passport will be expired at the end of the next month. but now it is still 0% at the beginning. Kindly please help to speed up the progress. Thank you very much. my name is Qiu Huantang passport No. is ΕJ3152114. Application No. is #########.
