Hello Salam,
I have offer letter from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and I want to apply for E-VAL.
My question is, my offer letter under my old passport number, and now I have renewed my passport so passport number have been changed.
Is there any procedure that i required to take it before applying for E-Val, or i can apply without any issue ?
Note: i graduated from USM and i want to continue my studies (PHD) , so maybe you already have my information such as my certificate… under my old passport number)
