Hello everyone,After coming to Malaysia I login the emgs account on my phone where I could see my international student card and insurance card.Unfortunately my old has broken so I had to login the account in a new phone but when I tried to view my ikad and insurance card it says your information is verified in another device, Now how could I access these facilities in my new phone and I cannot access my old phone because it’s totally broken.
