Dear EMGS officer,
My passport no. X9903192 has been submitted to immigration Department since last few weeks. The progress is showing 90%. I want to know when will I get my passport back. I urgently need it to reactivate my terminated phone number and need to open a bank account too. Please respond to the message. Thank you

  Please be informed that your passport along with the student pass has been issued by the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
