Dear EMGS officer,
My student visa renewal is 80% and last time I was told it needed 14 working days for the process, but it is already exceeded 14 working days, can you check the progress please? My friends who submitted at the same time with me have already collected their passports from last week, I need to go back to my country ASAP.
My passport number is “X2429734” and my name is Nicky Christian

  Kindly note that your passport along with the student pass has been issued by the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once your passport is ready for collection.
