I am writing to bring to your attention that my passport has been with the immigration office for nearly 14 days now. I have an essential trip scheduled for November 21st, which holds significant importance for my future development.

As of now, my visa progress has been stagnant at 80%, causing me considerable anxiety. I am unsure of the steps to take to expedite the process. Therefore, I am penning down this letter seeking your assistance. I sincerely hope that the EMGS officers can promptly process my student visa.
