Dear EMGS officer,

My name is Brigita sharleen with passport number C6729603 for visa renewal. Its been more than 14 working days since I submitted my passport and the process still stuck at 80% with no update. I have asked so many time for your help to process it and i need to go back to ny country. I have waited as long as you told me (14days) so now please help me and look this matter seriously to give me some progress. I will appreciate your help. Thanks

  Hi Brigita,
  
  Please be informed that your passport is currently with the Immigration Department for approval. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    Sir, it is already more than 14 working days thats why i ask you to look forward this matters and request to expedite the process
