Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Louis Fendy Kho passport number X2375290 and application number ######### would like to ask why is my renewal process still stuck in 80% however it has been 14 working days of immigration. I am so please to ask for your help to speed up my renewal process because there is an urgent problem that force me to go back to my hometown. Thankyou so much

  Hey, when did you submit your passport? And when did the last update from the emgs?

    13 october emgs received my passport and 23 october immigration received it

  Please be informed that your application is currently with the Immigration Department. The processing of a student pass approval takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and passport from the institution. Therefore, kindly allow Immigration some time to process your application. Any update we will notify the institution accordingly.

    sorry but my passport has been received by emgs on 13 october and has also been sent to immigration on 23 october.. so it has been more than 14 days.. thankyou
