Greetings for EMGS, I am a Master student in UM. I am renewing my Visa recently. Because of my work, i need to return to China this week to complete the on-site signing of scientific research cooperation project and perform the project cooperation content, but the EMGS record still 80% since oct 17, can you help me to expedite my visa processing?

Please be informed that your application has been submitted to Immigration for student pass approval. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process your application. Once we receive any update we will notify the institution accordingly.

Thanks for your reply. But it is already 15 working days since I submitted my passport to Immigration, can you help me to check the problem why it is stucked?
