dear emgs officer
I had medical screening this morning, vaccines 2-7 are mandatory in Korea, so I got all vaccinations when I was young.

Then the hospital staff told me that I couldn’t check the vaccination date, so they asked me to check with no, so I checked with no. Please let me know if there is any problem with this.

If there is a problem, please let me know how I can correct it
