kindly, how long did it take that your documents are checked and your VAL is issued?

It took almost four months to get my val…but one of my friend got his val within a month

about me ,my process of visa was started on 18/05/2023 ,my status is 15% green now and I am waiting for documents checking by EMGS from 13/06/2023.I want to konw , how long this checking will be finished and could I get SEV?
