Dear EMGS,
I’M MUHAMMAD ZAIN BIN RASHID from Pakistan and this is my passport number HN9842691 and my process is stuck at 15% for more than a month , emgs asked for some supporting documents and university already submitted, but it’s still yellow. Please kindly look into this matter.

  As per checking, we have not received the required additional documents that are requested for your application. Kindly liaise with your institution and submit the documents as soon as possible in order for us to resume the process of your application. Please be advised that your application will be placed on hold until we receive the required documents.

    I talked to the university and they said they already sent the documents, please check there is a technical problem.
