Hello I am from Bangladesh I got admission in an university and also went to Malaysia but my father became sick so I had to come back to my home country without getting the student pass but now I want to go back again to Malaysia will my Eval be rejected?

  I think you should talk to EMGS. They will give you some good advice.
  Along with that you may contact to the visa administration office of your university.
