Hi Sakeena can I know from which university you got your Masters. If it’s a private university most probably you will be able to get the certificate before the graduation. I am also from Sri Lanka going to Swinburne next Feb.
National Institute of Library and Information Science, University of Colombo. It is a public university.

First: attempt to get official letter from your master’s department that you have finished but waiting for the certificate. I hope that will work.
Second: For EVAL i am sorry to say there is no time frame difine for issuing. So i advise you to delay your intake to next semester for your own sake.
