When I don’t get answers to my emails, I just call
Unfortunately, my university visa Department does not answer calls. I have tried calling them more than 10 times, different names.. no day have they ever answered the call. It’s frustrating honestly.
So sorry for that, hopefully you get a reply soon

They are excellent in communication, are sure you are calling the right numbers?
I am sure. I tried again today fortunate enough, a lady answered.
They are very responsive believe me, but last week was slow because of holidays, and don’t call during lunch break (1-2pm)

Fortunately for me, i am in contact with my research supervisor and she makes follow ups for me when i need stuff from the institution. Even though i have not had a smooth process, i think it would have been worse without her support. ALHAMDULILLAH.
I am still waiting for eVAL at this point and that only emigration can determine when its issued.
