Please my Nigerian colleagues, do I need an NDLEA clearance certificate for PhD program?

  I’ve gotten my eval 2 weeks ago, I want to apply for Visa but i’m waiting for NDLEA. Please are you sure is not applicable for us so that i can just proceed?
