As international pupil u have to email international student department. Or inside postgraduated section there is definitely department for intarnational student.
Contact them.
If no then i think you have hire education office in Malaysia to finalise your papers.

In my case i used to bother them day and night until they replaird to me. Man once i emailed the whoool department including the deen. Referring to everyone that i am lost i dont know who should i contact to. Wallahi the person who is in charge rmailed me himself😎
Thanks for everything, brother. The issue has been settled. The processing is being continued according to EMGS. Unfortunately, school has resumed but I am still in my home country. How long would it take for the processing to be completed? Any idea?
