I don’t know why my name in EMGS app changed to ZHAO SHUTS automatically and it is wrong now on the Profile and Digital ID page. I don’t know if it matters and I emailed EMGS, but until know it is still wrong. I couldn’t scan the code of medical clinic and I’m worried a lot.

  U should call EMGS . Emailing sometimes are not suffecient.

  Thx, I called them in the afternoon. They just let me to submit the screenshot, and I said I had already sent the screenshot in my email. then they told me I have to wait for 3 to 5 days for their reply.
