Don’t worry a lot of people don’t receive it on time to start physical class, so they just attend online until they are allowed to travel Start asking for online class link and contact the uni
unfortunately for some schools, you need eVAL to register as a student.
Sorry didn’t know that, usually they ask for the approval letter to register
