I had this problem. The best way to deal with this is to reach EMGS asking for clarfication of your application.
U can email them or utilize hitline call which is the fastest rout.
Ask them why am i stuck ? What is wrong? I provided u with all requirment dicument nonetheless u r taking 1 month?!
