I applied for my evisa since August and met every requirement and gave everything they needed and it still says 35%. I called the Malaysian Embassy where I live and they said its been approved since the 9th of November but it isn’t updated on the website or something. I emailed my university and they said the Malaysian embassy do not have access to VAL status.

Why is it taking so long? My semester starts in January I must be there before. Is there anyone I can contact to help with this?
