I have entered the country with visa on arrival+eval, but once you submit your passport to get visa sticker you cannot leave the country unless the process is done
Better ask if you can enter the country, do medical examination (as you have to do maximum after 7 days of entering), then don’t submit passport, check if they will accept
I arrived 17th
All people when they get eval should apply for evisa, sev, or if their country is eligible, they can fly directly and get visa on arrival in the airport like my case.
So no one can enter with eval only
They give 30 days with the visa on arrival too, so usually the emgs process with the passport should end before the end of the visa month.
But now it’s taking a bit longer as I noticed, but they say no problem if we exceeded the 30 days
Yes
You take eval copy, passport copy, and pay 10 or 20 RM with card to get visa on arrival stamp.
When you enter the hall, don’t go to the counters or emgs counter, you just go to VOA counter which is exactly next the phone companies, there they will process everything for you, and once you finish you go to counter 39 to 42 , they are empty and they will only check the stamp they don’t need to stamp entery for you, just make sure the previous counter stamps 2 ( visa on arrival and entry stamp
Sev is single entry visa
So if your nationality doesn’t require a visa before entering, then you must book a flight and carry your eval, once you arrive they will put two stamps ( one for 30 days stay which is visa on arrival, and one for entry )
So it’s either sev, evisa, or visa on arrival
If you are eligible for one, then you don’t need the others
And I think once you use eval + visa to enter, you have to stay until you finish the process and be 100%
You can double check with your visa unit in university

Thanks for your reply. When you arrived, did they consider you as a tourist or you declared eval only ?

Because the delay is coming from their side

Yeah i get it. So to clarify, cant enter with Eval only and exit then come back with a SEV?
No one can enter with eval only, unless your nationality doesn’t need visa to enter Malaysia
Hi again. My nationality does not need a visa to enter MY. I can enter with a regular tourist stamp first then apply the SEV / MEV later on right?
