When I call them what number do I press,after I press for the English option idk

Press number : 1 for English . And then press number : 1 again to speak to someone. That is exactly what i did

Ok thanks I did but the other person said I should call later couldn’t quite hear her
Just call again after 5 minutes and say you just want to check on your application. The person will ask for your application number and let you know.
