Hey, My application status is 35% with green Mark, showing status
“The issuance of your VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 – 10 working days from 03/10/2022.”
1) Pleas tell me in detail about All steps after onwards with% and it’s meaning, “with How much time it takes usually for each step onwards 35% for mobility pass”,
I’m from India, so tell me things as per accordingly.

  After getting the VAL hopefully within 7-10 working days your % will be 70% green, According to EMGS website Students from India still need to apply for Single Entry Visa (SEV) Online after getting their VAL, According to the website SEV usually take ~2 working days, After getting the VAL & SEV you can travel to malaysia. Usually all institution have a International Students Guide pdf* check your institution website probably you will find one including what to do after arriving in Malaysia.
