My msg is to the ppl who r sending emails and reminders to the emgs office constantly, plz allow them to do their job, one email explaining the issue is enough, wait for a few days for them to assist u back. They don’t ignore anyone. So keep msging them will never speed up ur process in contrast will definitely slow down urs and others. Thank u
