Use credit card it will work, I also faced the same issue

I did use other visa debit card but still no use transaction unsuccessful after putting the otp code, Used a visa credit and worked the first try although I didn’t change browser which may solve the issue

Bro don’t use debit card just send it through swift means bank to bank

Sbi credit card worked

Enable international transactions….I did with Axis debit card.
