Put all info in the app with a copy of vaccination certificate
It will be updated and will provide e-card or barcode after a day or less
And will show what’s your status concerning that
Hi! There are no vaccination requirements entering Malaysia, as both my university and EMGS explained that you don’t need to put your vaccination status in pre-entry checklist. Malaysia’s government has lifted all restrictions at the beginning of August.

In “What are Malaysia’s vaccine requirements?” category, the article states that since August 1 you’re allowed to enter the country regardless of your vaccination status.
Yes but registering in the app is still required
And since she already has vaccination, so she can put it
“the MySejahtera app (iOS, Android) is still a mandate for all traveller, but you are not required to fill in the travel pass to verify your vaccine status.” Yes if she has a vaccination, she can put it, but it’s not mandatory to fill it.
So no issue if she puts it, better safe than sorry.
