Despite having my eVAL and SEV ready, I am not able to verify for the Digital ID. It is always stated: No student record found. What is the problem?
I have the same issue. It is either that or I immediately get the “Time out” notification. I’d also like to know how to handle that issue.
Uninstall the EMGS application. Re-install and fill the form.
