Yeah, all you can do is send reminder to your university. If they don’t reply by 3 days, try to call them or reach out in WhatsApp. Usually they respond faster in WhatsApp.

Sorry, I don’t have your university contact details. Try search in your uni’s website. Usually all contact details are there.
