Dear EMGS,
My name is REN GUANHENG, and my passport number is EJ1590574. I will go to Malaysia on 16th September. But my EMGS is still at 30%. Could you please help me speed up the process? My declaration of accommodation is already submitted by my institution, please check it. Thanks so much for your help!

  I had the same issue that it stuck on 30% and the university delayed to submitted to EMGS but after they submit should take 3-4working days then it will be updated in system and it will go to 32% to submit ur document to the immigration for approval once it submitted it will be 35% the it will take 14 working days approximately to get eval.
  
  What u should do is make sure ur university has submitted the required documents.
