what does this means ?

  Nope, Wait until 70% then ilmu VAL Will be out.
  Dont forget to request for SEVisa
  And complete the pre-arrival checklist in ur EMGS Apps

      Some posts here reveal that thier eval is under process for very long time. Why is it so? After emgs approval it should be very quick!
