Dear EMGS Officer,
A Student received a conditional offer for a Engg degree; the student visa application was handled by the university; his e-visa (student visa) has been approved for one year but unfortunately the Student hasn’t met the grade requirements and, as a result, the conditional offer is withdrawn by the University.
The Student is eligible to enrol for Engg Degree in another University for which he meets the entry requirements.
What is the process to be followed so he can join the other University, pls?.
Will the fact that he already got his student visa approved (but not stamped yet in his passport though) affect his chances of getting his student visa approved if the application is submitted by the new University?.
What else should the Student do and take care of in the process of cancelling his existing e-visa (student visa) and applying for a new one (with another university) pls?.
Are there any restrictions for this?
Would truly appreciate your advice in this matter.
