On the website it says it’s different with each Malaysian office so I don’t know. I myself about to start an application for SEV
Indeed, i submitted in the 16th..but still the application status still at “new application”
But, If u noticed it was submitted to the same server in Malaysia.
Not specify to each consulate
Just 48 hours for student SEV
No, just 2 days
Mine was still at “new application” sinar 16th of October

Just fill up which document has “*” symbol is okay
