Hello everyone, I am a new eVAL applicant to study in Malaysia. I would like to know whether the vaccine records/ pre VAL medical reports are mandatory to upload to get the approval of eVAL or is it ok to do medical screening only when we arrive in Malaysia? Really appreciate your kind responses.
